PREVIOUS HARMONY-SINGING EXPERIENCE

St Augustine said, "Those who sing, pray twice". Nearing the Holy Easter season, we'll immerse ourselves in the wisdom, symbolism and language of songs and chants of Christian traditions, from ancient and olden times. Our songs will be sung a cappella style (no instruments), and drawn from a range of sources, including the Taize and Iona communities.

Designed for adults, the tone will be subdued, meditative and reflective, with an expectation participants have previous harmony singing experience. The act of singing over these three evenings will be its own treasure, with no concert included as part of the series.
